What does a lead cost?
The base price of one exclusive lead in each trade. On the free plan this is the amount debited from your balance when you accept a lead; paid plans cover their included leads and take their discount off this price for the extras. Some ZIP codes may carry a price of their own.

Plans and billing questions
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your subscription settings; the new plan applies from the next billing period.
Is there a free trial?
There is no trial because you do not need one: joining is free, with no monthly fee, and you only pay for the leads you accept. Every new professional also receives welcome credit in leads once their profile is complete and their email and phone are confirmed.
What happens when I use up the leads included in my plan?
You can keep accepting leads. Each extra one is debited from your prepaid balance at your trade's price with the plan's discount applied. If your balance runs out, offers pause until you top up; nothing is charged automatically unless you turn on auto-recharge.
What if a lead turns out to be fake or invalid?
Report it from the lead. When our team confirms it is invalid, its price is credited back to your balance. There is no blanket refund guarantee; credits are for leads that should not have been offered.
How do I cancel?
From your subscription settings, in one click. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, then your profile moves to Free to Join with no monthly fee. Your prepaid balance stays yours.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, processed by Stripe. We never store card numbers.
