Delete your data

You can remove your account and your data from Servibridge in two ways. Either one works for customers and professionals alike.

  1. Option 1

    Close your account yourself

From your account settings on the website. The mobile app has the same option in its account settings.

    1. Sign in to Servibridge and open Settings.
    2. If you want a copy first, choose Download my data under Your data.
    3. In Danger Zone, choose Deactivate Account, type DEACTIVATE and confirm.

    What happens

    • Your account is deactivated and hidden straight away.
    • For 30 days you can sign in again to restore it, with nothing lost.
    • After those 30 days, your personal information is permanently deleted or de-identified.
  2. Option 2

    Write to us

If you cannot sign in, or you want your data deleted sooner than the 30-day grace period allows.

    1. Write to privacy@servibridge.com from the email address on your Servibridge account.
    2. Tell us what you want deleted.

    What happens

    • We may need to verify your identity first, and we answer within the time the law requires, as our Privacy Policy explains.

What we keep, and why

A few records are kept after deletion, for the periods and reasons listed in 9. Data Retention in our Privacy Policy: for example, financial and transaction records, which accounting and tax rules require us to keep.
