Terms of Service

Effective: July 1, 2026Last updated: September 6, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

The Service is operated by Meritvance LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("Servibridge," "we," "us"). By creating an account, or accessing or using the Servibridge website, mobile applications, or related services (collectively, the "Platform" or "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and our Cookie Policy, each incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service.

If you use the Service on behalf of a business or other legal entity (including a BUSINESS-tier team account), you represent that you have authority to bind that entity, and "you" refers to that entity as well as to you individually.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Service. The Service is not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from, anyone under 18. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements and that your use complies with all laws applicable to you.

3. What Servibridge Is — and Is Not

Servibridge operates an online marketplace that helps Customers find and connect with independent service professionals and businesses ("Professionals") in South Florida. We provide search, profiles, messaging, lead-matching, scheduling, reviews, and billing tools that facilitate introductions between Customers and Professionals.

Servibridge is a neutral venue, not a party to the work. Servibridge is not a party to, and assumes no responsibility for, any estimate, work order, contract, or transaction between a Customer and a Professional. The actual home-service, repair, or professional work (the "Underlying Service") is performed entirely off-platform and is a private agreement solely between the Customer and the Professional. Payment for the Underlying Service happens directly between Customer and Professional, outside the Platform — Servibridge never processes, holds, escrows, or guarantees that payment.

No employment, agency, or partnership

Professionals are independent businesses or independent contractors, not employees, agents, partners, or franchisees of Servibridge. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, agency, partnership, joint-venture, or franchise relationship. Professionals alone control how they price, schedule, perform, and deliver the Underlying Service, and alone are responsible for all taxes, licenses, permits, insurance, and legal obligations related to their trade.

No guarantee of outcome

Servibridge does not supervise, direct, or control the manner, timing, or quality of any Underlying Service and makes no representation or warranty about its outcome, workmanship, safety, or legality.

4. The "0% Commission" Fee Structure

0% commission, always. Servibridge never charges a Customer to search for, message, or hire a Professional, and never charges a commission, percentage fee, or transaction fee on the amount a Customer pays a Professional for the Underlying Service, regardless of the Professional's subscription tier. This commitment applies to the payment for the Underlying Service specifically.

Servibridge instead earns revenue from Professionals through (a) optional recurring subscription plans described on our Pricing page, and (b) per-lead fees charged when a Professional accepts a Customer introduction ("Lead"), billed through the prepaid wallet described in Section 9. These subscription and Lead fees compensate Servibridge for referral, matching, and platform services provided to Professionals. They are platform fees, not commissions — they are never calculated as, and never described as, a percentage of what a Customer pays for the Underlying Service.

"Free to Join" (the STARTER tier) has no monthly subscription fee. It does not mean Leads are free: Professionals on this tier pay the applicable per-lead fee from their wallet when they choose to accept a Lead. See Sections 8 and 9.

5. Accounts & Security

You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. We may offer or require additional verification steps, including two-factor authentication, before allowing certain actions. Registering with false, inaccurate, or impersonated information, or maintaining more than one account per person without our authorization, is grounds for suspension or termination.

You must notify us promptly at support@servibridge.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account. Servibridge is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to protect your credentials.

6. Customer Terms

Job requests and your contact information

When you submit a job request or accept a match with a Professional, you authorize Servibridge to share the information you provide (including your name, phone number, email, service address or ZIP code, and job details) with the matched Professional(s) so they can contact you about the Underlying Service. See Section 15 for consent to calls, texts, and other communications.

Off-platform payment and disputes

You are solely responsible for negotiating, agreeing to, and paying for the Underlying Service directly with the Professional. Servibridge is not a party to that agreement and has no obligation to mediate, refund, or otherwise resolve payment or performance disputes between you and a Professional. We do not currently offer escrow or on-platform payment for the Underlying Service.

Verify licensing and insurance yourself. Servibridge may display license numbers, insurance status, badges, ratings, or background-check indicators supplied by Professionals or obtained from third parties on a best-efforts, non-continuous basis. We do not independently verify every credential and do not guarantee that any Professional is licensed, bonded, insured, background-checked, or qualified. You are solely responsible for independently verifying a Professional's licensing, insurance, and qualifications before hiring, as required or advisable under Florida law.

Quotes and bookings

Quotes exchanged through the Platform are estimates prepared by the Professional and are not offers or commitments by Servibridge; the price, scope, and terms of the Underlying Service are agreed solely between you and the Professional, who may revise a quote before you accept it. Booking tools schedule a visit; they do not create a contract with Servibridge, and Servibridge charges neither party for booking, rescheduling, or cancelling a visit.

Assumption of risk

You acknowledge that hiring any service provider involves inherent risks — including property damage, personal injury, defective workmanship, and financial loss — and that you assume all such risks when you decide to interact with, hire, or grant access to your property to a Professional you found through the Platform. Take the same precautions you would take when hiring a professional found through any other channel.

7. Professional Terms

Independent contractor status and compliance

You represent that you (or your business) hold any license, permit, bond, or insurance required by law to perform the services you list, and that you will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including licensing and consumer-protection laws. You are an independent business, not an employee or agent of Servibridge.

Profile and listing accuracy

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your profile, credentials, service area, pricing, and availability. We may request supporting documentation and may remove, suspend, or flag a listing we cannot verify, at our discretion, but we have no obligation to verify any listing before or after publication.

Leads are exclusive — never shared, never guaranteed. Each Lead is offered to one Professional at a time; Servibridge does not sell or offer the same Lead to multiple Professionals simultaneously. Leads may be sent directly by a Customer or generated through our matching and cascade system, which may prioritize eligible Professionals using factors that include subscription tier, category and service-area match, rating, responsiveness, fair-use limits designed to prevent any single Professional from monopolizing a market, and rotation among eligible Professionals. Servibridge does not guarantee any minimum number, quality, value, or conversion rate of Leads for any tier, and matching criteria may change at any time in our discretion.

Responsiveness affects future priority

Declining, ignoring, or slowly responding to Leads may lower your rating and your future priority in the matching and cascade system. Servibridge has sole discretion over matching logic and priority and no obligation to maintain any particular ranking, visibility, or lead volume for any Professional.

Customer contact information — permitted use only

Contact details you receive with a Lead are provided for one purpose: contacting that Customer about that job request. You must not use them for unrelated marketing, resell or share them with any third party, or add the Customer to mailing or calling lists without the Customer's own separate, lawful consent. You are independently responsible for complying with all laws that apply to your outreach, including the TCPA, the CAN-SPAM Act, and Florida telemarketing law. Misuse of Customer contact information is grounds for immediate termination.

8. Subscription Plans

Servibridge offers the following subscription tiers to Professionals. Current pricing, billing periods, and included features are listed on our Pricing page, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

TierSubscriptionHow Leads are billed
STARTER (Free to Join)No subscription feePer-lead fee debited from your prepaid wallet when you accept a Lead
PRORecurring paid planAs described on the Pricing page; higher matching priority than STARTER
ELITERecurring paid planAs described on the Pricing page; top matching priority, shared with BUSINESS
BUSINESSRecurring paid plan, multi-seat team accountAs described on the Pricing page; every team member beyond the account owner is billed as an additional seat at the per-seat price shown there; top matching priority

Renewal and cancellation

Paid plans (PRO, ELITE, BUSINESS) automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual, as selected) until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current billing period, and your plan remains fully usable until then. We do not provide prorated refunds for the unused portion of a period except where required by law.

Price changes

We may change subscription pricing or included Lead allotments with at least 30 days' notice by email or in-platform notice. Continued use of a paid plan after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Payment failure

If a renewal payment is declined, our payment processor will retry the charge over a limited period and you will be notified. If payment cannot be collected, your paid plan may be downgraded to STARTER at the end of the retry period. Your account and data are preserved; tier-dependent benefits (such as matching priority) end with the paid plan. Servibridge is not liable for any loss of Leads or business resulting from a payment failure.

Taxes

Prices are exclusive of applicable sales, use, or similar taxes. Where Servibridge is required to collect taxes, they will be added at the applicable rate. Professionals are solely responsible for determining and remitting any taxes owed on amounts received for the Underlying Service and on subscription or Lead expenses.

BUSINESS team accounts

The BUSINESS tier provisions a multi-seat team account. The primary account holder is responsible for all fees, activity, and compliance with these Terms by every seat or member added under that account, and must ensure each member is authorized to act for the business.

9. Wallet & Lead Fees

Prepaid wallet

Per-lead fees (including for the Free to Join tier, and any overage beyond a subscription's included allotment) are billed against a prepaid wallet balance funded through Stripe. If your balance is insufficient, paid actions such as accepting a Lead are paused until funds are added — you will never be charged more than your available balance.

Wallet funds do not expire but are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where required by applicable law. Wallet balances are prepayments for platform services, not deposits or stored value redeemable for cash, and cannot be withdrawn, exchanged, or moved between accounts.

Promotional credit

Welcome, referral, and other promotional credit is tracked as a separate portion of your wallet balance. It is spent before purchased balance, can be used only to pay Lead fees (never for optional add-ons such as identity or background verification), has no cash value, and is not refundable or transferable. Promotional credit does not currently expire; if we introduce an expiry for future credits, the offer will say so.

Auto-recharge (optional, off by default)

You may enable optional auto-recharge so that your wallet is topped up automatically when the balance runs low. Auto-recharge is off by default, its amount and threshold are shown before you enable it, and you can disable it at any time in your wallet settings.

Lead pricing and no money-back guarantee

Lead fees are fixed per service category and area and are disclosed before you accept a Lead. Except for credits Servibridge issues at its sole discretion for Leads it determines, using its own fraud and quality checks, to be invalid, duplicate, or fraudulent, all Lead fees and wallet debits are final once a Lead is accepted. A Lead is an introduction, not a guaranteed job: Servibridge does not offer refunds because a Customer chose another Professional, changed their mind, or could not be reached, and does not offer a general money-back guarantee on Leads. To request a credit, report the Lead from your dashboard; credits are issued only after our review confirms the Lead should not have been offered.

Payment processing

All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc.; Servibridge does not store your full payment card details, and your use of Stripe is also governed by Stripe's own terms and privacy policy.

Chargebacks. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact billing@meritvance.com before disputing it with your card issuer — most billing issues can be resolved within a few business days. Initiating a chargeback on a valid charge is a violation of these Terms; Servibridge may suspend the associated account while the dispute is open, offset reversed amounts against wallet balances or future credits, and recover reasonable costs incurred in responding to unfounded chargebacks.

10. Promotional Codes & Credits

Servibridge may offer promotional codes, discounts, free-lead credits, or wallet credits. Unless the specific offer states otherwise, promotions: apply only to the plan, period, or action described in the offer; are limited to one per person (we may verify identity or phone number to enforce this) and cannot be combined; have no cash value and are non-transferable, non-refundable, and never redeemable or withdrawable as cash; and may be modified or withdrawn for future use at any time.

Credits obtained through unauthorized distribution, resale, multiple or fake accounts, self-dealing, or other abuse may be voided, and any associated discount or credit reversed, up to and including account termination in serious cases.

11. Beta & Pre-Release Features

From time to time we may make features available that are labeled beta, preview, early access, or "coming soon" ("Beta Features"). Beta Features are provided as-is, may contain errors, may change or be withdrawn at any time without notice, and may be subject to additional terms presented when you enable them. Nothing in our marketing of upcoming products or features constitutes a commitment to deliver any feature by any date.

12. Reviews & User Content

You may submit reviews, ratings, messages, photos, and other content ("User Content"). You represent that your User Content is truthful, based on your own genuine experience, and does not infringe any third party's rights or violate any law. Reviews must reflect a real interaction with the reviewed Professional or Customer; Servibridge may require reasonable evidence of that interaction before publishing or when investigating a disputed review.

You grant Servibridge a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, display, and distribute your User Content in connection with operating, securing, and promoting the Service. We may remove, edit, decline to publish, or restore any User Content that we believe violates these Terms, is false, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable, at our sole discretion and without obligation to do so. We are an interactive computer service provider and do not adopt User Content as our own statements.

13. Verification, Licensing & Background-Check Disclaimer

Any license number, insurance indicator, background-check badge, verification status, rating, or review shown on the Platform is provided for informational purposes only, may be self-reported by the Professional, and is not a guarantee, certification, or warranty by Servibridge of that Professional's qualifications, honesty, safety, or fitness. Where Servibridge references a background check or verification, unless expressly stated otherwise it reflects a manual, point-in-time review, not a continuous or comprehensive screening. Servibridge may in the future offer enhanced or third-party verification services; use of any such optional service will be governed by additional terms provided at that time.

Badges are earned one check at a time. A Professional on a paid plan may submit a state license number or a certificate of liability insurance, or complete an identity check; each is reviewed before the corresponding badge (Licensed, Insured, Identity confirmed) is shown, and no single "verified" label combines them. Identity checks are performed by Stripe Identity: the Professional's government ID is processed by Stripe under its own terms, and Servibridge receives the outcome and a reference, not the document. Badges are a feature of paid plans: when a paid plan ends, the identity badge is removed, and other badges may be removed if the underlying document expires or cannot be re-verified.

Background checks. Servibridge does not currently run background checks. If we offer them, they will be optional, ordered only with the Professional's separate written authorization as required by the Fair Credit Reporting Act, performed by a licensed consumer reporting agency, and shown only as a badge — never as the report itself.

14. Prohibited Conduct

Without limiting any other provision of these Terms, you agree not to, and not to assist anyone else to:

  • Fraud and misrepresentation. Provide false information about your identity, credentials, licenses, insurance, reviews, or the nature of a job or Lead.
  • Circumventing the Platform. Solicit or complete a transaction connected to a Lead received through Servibridge with the specific intent of avoiding subscription or Lead fees, or interfere with, disable, or alter any fee, matching, or rating mechanism. Doing so may result in immediate suspension and liability for the fees avoided.
  • Fake reviews or credentials. Post, solicit, or incentivize reviews you know to be false or written by someone without genuine firsthand experience, or misrepresent a license, certification, or insurance status.
  • Unlicensed or illegal services. Offer or advertise a service that requires a license, permit, or bond under Florida or local law without holding the required credential, or otherwise use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Harassment, discrimination, and unsafe conduct. Harass, threaten, or discriminate against any user on a basis prohibited by law, or engage in conduct that endangers the safety of any user.
  • Scraping and unauthorized access. Scrape, data-mine, reverse engineer, or use automated means to access the Platform, or attempt to bypass any security or rate-limiting control.
  • Spam and unsolicited communications. Use information obtained through the Service to send unsolicited marketing, spam, or bulk communications outside the purpose for which it was shared.
  • Abusing promotions or trials. Create multiple accounts, use fake identities, or manipulate referral or promotional mechanics to obtain credits, discounts, or Leads you are not entitled to.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund, forfeiture of promotional credits, and recovery of fees avoided or amounts owed.

15. Communications Consent (Calls, Texts, Email, Push)

By providing a phone number, you consent to receive calls and text messages from Servibridge, and from Professionals matched to your job request, about that request and your account, which may be sent using automated dialing or messaging technology; message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. This consent is not required as a condition of purchasing any service where applicable law prohibits such a condition.

You may opt out of marketing texts and emails at any time by replying STOP or using the unsubscribe link, but you will continue to receive transactional and account-related messages (such as security alerts, Lead notifications, and billing receipts) necessary to operate your account.

16. Mobile Applications

Where Servibridge offers mobile applications distributed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, these Terms govern your use of those applications in addition to the distribution terms of the relevant store. Apple and Google are not parties to these Terms and have no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the Service. Servibridge may update, limit, or discontinue any mobile application at any time; your account and data remain accessible through the web application.

17. Intellectual Property, Feedback & Copyright (DMCA)

The Servibridge name, logo, and platform (excluding User Content and third-party content) are owned by Servibridge or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Service, or use our trademarks or branding, without our prior written consent.

Feedback

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or feature requests to Servibridge, you grant us an irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free license to use and incorporate that feedback into the Service without any obligation to compensate you.

Copyright complaints (DMCA)

If you believe content on the Platform infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent at legal@meritvance.com including the information required by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (identification of the work, the infringing material, your contact information, a good-faith statement, and a statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury, with your physical or electronic signature). We will respond in accordance with the DMCA, including by removing or disabling access to infringing material and providing counter-notice procedures where applicable. We may terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

18. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers, including Stripe (payments), Firebase/Google Cloud (authentication, hosting, cloud messaging), Google Maps/Places (location and address autocomplete), Resend (transactional email), Twilio (SMS verification codes), Cloudflare (R2 file and photo storage), Stripe Identity (identity checks for paid plans), and PostHog (product analytics, only when you consent under our Cookie Policy). Your interactions with these providers are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and Servibridge is not responsible for their acts, omissions, availability, or security practices.

19. Release of Claims Between Users

If you have a dispute with another user — including any dispute between a Customer and a Professional about the Underlying Service, its quality, payment, property damage, or personal injury — you release Servibridge and its officers, employees, and agents from all claims, demands, and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind, known and unknown, arising out of or connected with that dispute. This release does not apply to claims caused solely by Servibridge's own breach of these Terms.

20. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. SERVIBRIDGE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, THAT ANY LEAD, PROFESSIONAL, OR CUSTOMER WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS, OR THAT THE UNDERLYING SERVICE PERFORMED BY ANY PROFESSIONAL WILL BE SATISFACTORY, SAFE, OR LAWFUL. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

21. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SERVIBRIDGE AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. SERVIBRIDGE'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO SERVIBRIDGE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

Servibridge is not liable for any dispute, damage, injury, or loss — including property damage, personal injury, or financial loss — arising from the Underlying Service performed by a Professional, from any interaction between a Customer and a Professional, or from any Professional's licensing, insurance, background, or qualifications, whether or not verified or displayed on the Platform. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory of liability and even where a remedy fails of its essential purpose.

22. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Servibridge and its officers, employees, and agents from any claim, liability, damage, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use or misuse of the Service; (b) your User Content; (c) your violation of these Terms or any law; (d) any Underlying Service, transaction, or dispute between you and another user; (e) communications you send to Customers or other users, including any failure to obtain consent required by applicable law; or (f) your violation of any third party's rights.

23. Termination & Suspension

You may stop using the Service or close your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@servibridge.com. We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Service, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraud, failed to pay amounts owed, posed a risk to other users or to Servibridge, or if required by law. Closing your account starts a 30-day grace period during which you can restore it by signing in; after that period your account is permanently deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.

Termination does not entitle you to a refund of subscription fees already paid; wallet balances remain subject to Section 9. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including those governing User Content, verification disclaimers, the release between users, warranty disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, and general provisions — survive.

24. Dispute Resolution — Arbitration Agreement & Class Action Waiver

Please read this section carefully — it affects your legal rights. It requires most disputes between you and Servibridge to be resolved through individual, binding arbitration rather than in court, and waives your right to participate in class actions.

Informal resolution first

Before filing any formal claim, you agree to contact us at legal@meritvance.com describing the dispute and to give us 30 days to work with you toward an informal resolution. Most disputes are resolved this way.

Agreement to arbitrate

Except for claims that qualify for small claims court, claims for injunctive relief to prevent unauthorized use or infringement of intellectual property, and claims that cannot be arbitrated under applicable law, you and Servibridge agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court, before a single arbitrator.

Class action waiver

You and Servibridge agree that any arbitration or proceeding will be conducted only on an individual basis and not as a class, collective, consolidated, or representative action. Neither party may act as a class representative or participate as a member of a class of claimants, and the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims.

Right to opt out

You may opt out of this arbitration agreement (but not out of the rest of these Terms) by sending written notice to legal@meritvance.com within 30 days of the date you first accepted these Terms, including your name, account email, and a clear statement that you decline to be bound by this arbitration agreement.

Severability of this section

If the class action waiver is found unenforceable as to a particular claim or request for relief, that claim or request must be severed from arbitration and may proceed only in the courts described in Section 25; the remainder of this arbitration agreement still applies to all other claims.

25. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. For any dispute not subject to arbitration under Section 24 (including if you opt out), the exclusive venue will be the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

26. Force Majeure

Servibridge will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, hurricanes, pandemics, labor disputes, internet or utility outages, cyberattacks, acts of government, or failures of third-party providers such as Stripe, Firebase, or our hosting infrastructure. In such events, we will make reasonable efforts to resume service as soon as practicable.

27. Changes to the Service or These Terms

We may modify or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time; we will notify you of material changes by email or an in-platform notice at least 30 days before they take effect where practicable. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms; if you do not agree, you must stop using the Service before the effective date.

28. General Provisions

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Servibridge regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements on this subject. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

The Service is designed for users in South Florida and, more generally, the United States. If you access it from elsewhere, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws; you may not use the Service if you are subject to U.S. sanctions. These Terms do not confer any rights or remedies on any third party. Section headings are for convenience only. These Terms are published in English and Spanish for convenience; the English-language version controls in the event of any conflict. You agree to receive notices, disclosures, and other communications from us electronically, by email or through the Platform, and that they satisfy any requirement that such communications be in writing.
